You are paying for the work done by our engineers, not for the result of that work. We will put everything in place to provide a good service and provide full support. All labor we perform must be paid and for that reason, we will not refund, in part or in full. Furthermore, because the files we provide are bespoke software downloads, you cannot return any of the files as they were created specifically for you and at your request.

We are selling digital goods. Because of this, we are unable to provide returns or refunds for any of your purchases.

While we are unable to offer refunds, we want you to have the best experience on our website. If you encounter any issues, please let us know here and we will try to fix them.

If you have issues with a file request, please add a comment in your file request thread explaining your problem. An RS Cube engineer will respond as soon as possible.
