Payment

To request files you need to purchase credits. Paying for credits is currently only possible with a credit card. We accept both Visa and Mastercard.

Payments are processed by our bank through an external service called BTePos. To ensure your personal information is safe, none of your credit card information is stored on our website. Only the bank will have access to your personal information.

If you want us to add a specific type of payment we don’t currently have, please send us a message. We will do our best.

Delivery

Because you are purchasing virtual credits, the processing and delivery of the credits is instantaneous and available 24/7. If your credit card payment is processed correctly, you will receive your credits in a few moments.

If you have any issues with payments please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

For your file requests, delivery will depend on a number of factors (service availability, complexity of request, etc.). You can receive more information from your assigned engineer, inside your file request thread.
